How to take the HEART of GOLD Formula™:

Take 15 to 20 (0.5ml) drops under the tongue 3 to 5 times daily. Keep under tongue for 1 minute then swallow. For best results take the drops on an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before meals.

Cautions and warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners or protease inhibitors, or if you are diabetes.
